I got an email on the 19th and it cleared my CC the next day.
The mail was
From: ASUS Estore Order
Subject: Asus Computer International Customer Refund Notification
Credit Card Transaction was called: ASUS COMPUTER INTERNATIO FREMONT CA

Still haven't received mine yet. I have the emial where the carge was made 6/17/08 but no refund yet
